Santen supports European Glaucoma Society residents’ course
Santen EMEA is proud to have supported the 13th European Glaucoma Society’s two-day Residents’ Course held on 8-9 February 2019 in Mainz, Germany. Over 160 ophthalmology residents from across Europe gathered at the annual event to learn more from world-renowned glaucoma specialists.
The evening before the course, delegates attended a Santen-sponsored symposium, entitled ‘Glaucoma: under pressure’, where a panel of leading key opinion leaders in glaucoma presented recent updates and provided valuable guidance. In addition to sponsoring the symposium, Santen supported the residents embarking upon their careers in glaucoma by providing a booth where residents could chat to Santen representatives and collect two glaucoma text books produced by the EGS.
