The recent personnel survey among Santen employees in January 2009 indicates that the company’s way of doing things is developing in a good direction. According to the respondents, all fields had improved to some extent since the last survey, which was conducted in 2007, also personnel satisfaction in general. The respondents are also more committed to Santen Oy’s values than before, and Santen has succeeded in meeting the expectations of the personnel better than companies on average.
The survey was conducted by Innolink Research Oy. The target group was all Santen personnel in five countries in Europe and 317 responses were received. The response rate was 84% in Finland and the total response rate in all countries was 81%. The development work continues and all cost centers or departments will devise their own development plans based on the results of the survey.
